Our apologies for the late notice, due to a required patch for processing calendar year taxes for 2008 a patch for the W2 upgrade needs to be installed as soon as possible. To accommodate this, Banner Production (BPRD) will be unavailable to all users between 5 and 6 PM tonight.

The system will return to full access as soon as the patch has been applied.  This will have no impact on nightly production such as PCard sweeps and the payroll posting processes.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact Banner.Finance.Production@unh.edu.

Phase II of the Grant Close out process has been completed,
testing has been concluded
this process will be coming live in production as of Monday, January 12th at 8 AM.

To support this, the Grant Close-out process for Phase I will be suspended as of Noon on Friday, January 9th until Monday, January 12th at 8 AM to allow for appropriate migration in support the Phase II processes.

This will not cause any changes to the way the Phase I process currently works, no data will be lost or altered. The system will simply not be available for use during that time.

Effective 01/01/2009 the standard IRS and USNH mileage reimbursement rate for the use of personal vehicles on USNH business has decreased to 55 cents a mile. This reflects an decrease of three and one-half cents per mile from the 58.5 cent rate in effect for the last six months of 2008. According to the IRS this is in recognition of the recent reduction in gasoline prices.

The USNH Travel Reimbursement Form found at Travel Forms has been updated to reflect the change in the mileage rate for employee business use of their vehicles for trips after this date.

If you have any questions, please contact USNH Financial Services at Tax.Issues@usnh.edu.
