  • eProcurement assessment period

To all Unimarket eProcurement users:

We would like to thank you all for your participation in this program thus far. Although there have been some ups and downs with processing, receipt and billing as this process has been conceived and implemented, we believe the process has been improved and enhanced sufficiently to support a more significant roll-out across all of USNH.

Before we undertake that effort – we feel strongly that each of you enrolled in this program to date, needs to feel the process is mature as well. To provide each of you with an opportunity to see the improvements and enable the system to demonstrate its viability, we will be conducting an assessment of the application and related processes.

Beginning Monday, February 6th and ending four weeks later on March 2nd, USNH will be conducting a an assessment of the eProcurement system. During this time, we’d like you to monitor order placement through delivery and invoicing for accuracy. We have established a minimum threshold that processing must achieve to instill the confidence level we feel is required for a more significant roll-out. This threshold is 95% of all activity processed through Unimarket must process completely error-free and problem-free. This means 95% of all transactions must have no access issues, no ordering issues, no shipping or delivery issues, no invoicing issues, etc.

For this test to be meaningful we need your help! We need you to actively purchase through the Unimarket eProcurement system and report any issues encountered to the email address below. The assessment will not be meaningful if there is limited activity. It will only provide confidence if the system is actively used.

So, if you are planning on making a purchase through any of the following vendors, and you have already received a Unimarket eProcurement user account, please help us demonstrate the success of this application by processing your order through eProcurement.

Airgas
Bio-Rad

CDW(G)
Clean-O-Rama
Filter Sales & Service
Fisher Scientific
GovConnection
Grainger
Office Max
Wassman AV

No one knows better than you when an issue arises during the purchasing cycle. Your input when something goes wrong (input on things that go right is also welcome) is key to this assessment. Please send questions/issues/comments to finance.fyi@unh.edu

Weekly updates on the assessment progress will be posted each Monday during the assessment period. At the end of the period, the results will be analyzed, then reviewed and discussed at out next User’s Group Meeting on March 7th.

Thank you and happy eProcuring!

  • Reported issues with Events processing

Some users have reported problems using the Events system yesterday and today. UNH RCC is working with Nelnet, the provider, to remedy the problem. RCC has been in contact with the vendor this morning and we will keep you posted as to the status as things change.
