Free Parking at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport for Business Travel
Parking at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in the parking garage and the long-term parking lots is free to USNH employees while traveling on USNH business. The airport has requested an original, dated authorization signed by their supervisor or other USNH/Campus Official stating that the employee is traveling on official business. A letter from one's supervisor or USNH/Campus Official would also meet the criteria of the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The Airport Communications Center will validate the parking ticket only if they receive this written authorization, which will be retained at the airport.
Please take the signed parking authorization form and your parking receipt with you on your trip. Do not leave them in your vehicle. You will need to bring both to the Airport Communications Center for validation upon your return.

Please complete the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport Authorization Form with the appropriate dates and signatures and provide to the proper authorities at the airport.
