  • Audited Financial Report for FY 2012 has been posted

  • Banner Finance and HR will be upgraded to Banner 8.x this weekend

The Banner Finance and HR production environment (BPRD) will be upgraded this weekend. It will begin Friday evening and be complete and ready for users by the start of business on Monday.

This is being posted on the USNH Gateway page, both the Finance and HR websites and in Wise. If there are other venues where this should be posted – please forward to their owners.

WebI Finance and HR reporting will be available throughout the weekend with data as of Thursday, October 18th, as usual.

These systems will NOT be available to the users from 5 PM on Friday evening until start of business on Monday morning.

This is the detailed schedule for those interested:

Day Time Description
Friday, October 19 5 PM DBAs will close out all user access to BPRD and WISE
Saturday, October 20 5 PM Finance/HR IT developers verify the installation Sunday, October 21
Noon Finance/HR IT developers sign off
Noon FAST/STHRS review the installation
4 PM FAST/STHRS sign off
9:30 PM Normal Sunday night MR snap Midnight
Midnight Normal production schedules will resume
Monday, October 22 Start of Business Should be no later than 8 AM BPRD is open to the users
