Any changes required to the limits or other items associated with your card should be referred to your account manager. If you require an increase or decrease in the number of transactions permitted or dollar limit of transactions, this can be handled within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of the request by the Campus Card Administrator. In an emergency, your account manager can work with your Campus Card Administrator to expedite a change. Forms are available in the appendix or model Email messages may be used to communicate an increase or decrease limits.
